Life speaks to you. Can you hear? Her words are not always heard through the ears, But in the open expansiveness of your listening heart. She speaks in cycles. She gave birth to a wild pulsing earth overflowing with diversity and constant flux So that you, human one, may better understand the cyclical seasons of your life. She teaches you to stand strong in repose during Winter’s ebb, Never failing to deliver the stunning miracle of Spring. All that she asks of you is to stay open in trust. This trust emerges from the foundation of dynamic surrender. Do not mistaken this surrender for a passive submission or inert indolence. Rather, it is the passionate embrace of Life’s vibrant unfolding. It is the self-offering of love and excitement. It is the washing away of your ideas of how it “should” be, and hearing Life’s guidance, allowing yourself be shaped by the Intuitive Heart. It is a sincere surrender to your one true desire: to live, breath a give pure unconditional joy. This surrender must be holistic, penetrating all parts of your being. This embrace must be potent, radiating devotion and delight. In this trust, something new is born inside of you, But something else is dying. This death may feel paralyzing and disorienting to the confines of reason. It will leave you more raw now than ever. But this grievance is not of the mind, where something is perceived to be lost. It is in fact the heartache of unadulterated Love erupting from your exposed heart. In the remains of the battlefield, you lay down your armor, Taking the oath to fall into intimacy with life and all it brings. This is your initiation. All that you do now is actively trust. Trust in fires of existence that brings forth death’s transformation. Surrender into the holy void of the unknown. Rest in the perfection of Life’s elegant evolution. Once you enter into the Yoga of Grace, you will catch a glimpse of one of Life’s greatest secrets: There are in fact no ebbs and flow, Simply just opportunities to open and be with life.
