Vinyasa Flow

A class designed to align and connect the breath and body. We spend class in a dynamic flow, allowing our breath to carry us from posture to posture. Vinyasa Flow does not only focus on the postures themselves, but highlights the transitions between each movement, each breath, and each moment.

Power Vinyasa

A class designed to deliver a robust and energetic Vinyasa Flow. This powerful practice integrates traditional yoga postures with research-driven physiological principles, and is designed to deliver optimal health and well-being.

Restorative Yoga

A class designed to restore and rejuvenate the body and mind. You are introduced with a slow flow to warm your body, open your joints, and connect with your breath. Restorative yoga postures are then integrated and held for 3 to 5 minutes. The use of props are encouraged in order to go deeply inward and completely surrender into relaxation.

Yin Yoga

A slow-paced class where poses are held anywhere from 3 to 7 minutes. Through relaxing the muscle and long-held stretches, we target the connective tissues of the body, such as the bones, ligaments, tendons, and fascia surrounding the muscles.

Why Yin Yoga? The gentle stimulation of the connective tissues significantly improves overall flexibility and mobility, helps create space in the joints, stimulates and removes blocks in the myofascial meridians in the body, balances the body’s internal organs and systems, and reverses habitual movement patterns. This style of yoga, if practiced consistently, will drastically and permanently improve one’s quality of life!

Yin/Yang Yoga

A class focused on finding power in stillness and stillness in power. This class focuses on balancing the passive, stillness of Yin postures with the dynamic, uplifting Yang postures. You will find deep relaxation and rejuvenation for your whole being, as well as the tools to practice this balance in all areas of life!

Gentle Vinyasa

A class that focuses on gentle movement, passive stretching, pranayama (breathing), and yoga nidra (guided deep relaxation).

Core Vinyasa

A class targeted to building a stable center for improved strength and protection. A strong stable core is essential for proper spinal alignment and the prevention of back injuries. In this class you will experience a flow that combines the grace of dynamic movement with the repetition of highly focused postures that isolate the area between knees and the heart center.

Beginner’s Yoga

A slow placed class designed to introduce the basic elements of yoga. This class is specialized to meet the student’s needs in each individual class. Whether you are a beginner or a life-long yogi, it is always useful to go back to the basics!

Hatha Yoga

A class focused on creating balance and uniting opposites. Hatha yoga is a powerful path of self-transformation; developing a balance between flexibility and strength in our physical bodies, and learning to balance our effort and surrender in each moment. The design of class aligns the skin, muscles, and bones, deeply connects the breath, and prepares the body and mind to go deeper in meditation. Hatha is the foundation of all yoga asana (postures), therefore it is a class that will provide the essential tools to build a lifelong yoga practice!

Foundations of Yoga

A class which reveals the underlying philosophy and esoteric teachings of yoga. Yoga postures are just one part of the Eight Limbs of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. These eight steps serve as guidelines on how to live a meaningful and purposeful life. This class will introduce you to first four limbs which include the virtues of yoga, the compassionate discipline required in practice, the Asanas (postures) that honor the body as a living temple; and Pranayama (breath-work) that allows you to access deeper connection and meditation.
