A b o u t

Nikki Smith is a devoted, passionate, wholehearted student of the Yogas. After graduating with a B.S. in Psychology, she spent the next few years traveling to India, Europe, and Central America learning from teachers and deepening her experience and understanding of these ancient wisdom traditions.  

She is now dedicated to sharing and growing in this wisdom with community through teaching yoga asana, meditation, philosophy, and mindful living. Her vast knowledge in nutrition and asana allows her to help people create happy healthy bodies not only to improve quality of life, but to support the Great Work of our Hearts. This is a mind, body, spirit movement. Nikki’s teachings set the foundation for holistic health and harmonious living.
